About Strongside Performance:
Strongside Performance was developed with one thing in mind – to enhance the physical performance of basketball athletes. We blend performance science and training principles to deliver a unique training system designed to help you reach your athletic potential and maximise your ability as a basketball player.
The Strongside Performance training system has been developed after a decade of working with hundreds of athletes at the Olympic, professional, collegiate, semi-professional and elite junior levels. Our training system takes the guesswork out of training and our services give hoopers access to the cutting-edge performance training every athlete deserves.
At Strongside Performance, we believe every athlete has untapped potential and know first-hand what athletes can achieve with the right tools and an optimal training environment.

Junior Performance Program
Option 1: $70/week
- Access to 2 x weekly group coaching sessions supervised by qualified Exercise Scientists.
- Scheduled performance testing each term.
- Program designed to improve foundational movement qualities of jumping, landing, sprinting and change of direction.
- Minimise injury risk by mastering fundamental movement patterns, coordination and body control.
- Program offered during school terms.
Starter Membership
Option 2: $105/week
- Access to 2 x weekly gym sessions with supervised coaching.
- Scheduled performance testing every 6 weeks (8 testing sessions per year).
- Program individualised to your needs, training age, injury history and goals.
- Unlimited program revisions.
- Access to your program via TeamBuildr.
Elite Membership
Option 3: $120/week
- A complete weekly workout schedule covering all aspects of performance.
- Unlimited access to supervised coaching sessions.
- Scheduled performance testing every 6 weeks (8 testing sessions per year).
- A program individualised to your needs, training age, injury history, goals, and tailored to have you peaking at the right times of year.
- Unlimited program revisions.
- Access to your program via TeamBuildr.
