What do I need to do when I get there?

Arrive 10 minutes before your sessions starts & check in at reception. Remember shooting and ball handling sessions are for 30 minutes duration (not 30 minutes of machine time). Don't miss out on your time when the next booking arrives.

If you are attending for the first time, you are required to fill out our terms and conditions so please allow a little extra time.

Can I bring my own ball?

When you come to Ball360, we have brand new Spalding balls available in size 5, 6 & 7 so leave your ball at home and just come in and train insane or remain the same.

Can I bring a bag in?

Yes, we will provide a spot to secure your bag while using our facilities however leave all valuables at home as it is at your own risk.

What do I wear?

When using our Basketball equipment and gym we recommend athletic clothing. We require closed and flat soled shoes that are non marking. This goes for spectators too. When using our sauna and wet recovery, we recommend bathing suits, however anything your comfortable in is fine.

Can I just come in and look around?

Yes, but best to call to make an agreed time for one of our friendly staff to show you around.

Can I just show up to a basketball or recovery session without a booking?

It’s always best to schedule your booking in advance to avoid disappointment, however if you just show up, and there are time slots available you are welcome to secure your session.

When planning your arrival, be mindful that we run on half hour time slots.

I don't have a credit card, can I pay when I get there?

If you're unable to book online then you can make a booking over the counter and pay cash/card, however by not booking in advance you run the risk of missing out.

Can I just hang out in the facility?

For safety reasons we can’t have spectators at our stations (parents and guardians aside) and at Ball 360 we work in time slots, so if you’re done with your workout/session, we ask you to keep walkways and stations clear.

We have a viewing area, so please enjoy a snack at the Snack Shaq and chill up there. We’ve provided a great view of our whole facility, TV’s, tables, chairs and power outlets, you’ll be much more comfortable up there.

Can I bring a friend? (Basketball Sessions Only)

If you’re a member - Yes, bring 1 friend to share your booked session for an extra $10, subject to capacity.

If you're just visiting us casually, maximum 2 people per session.

I don't want to use a shooting or ball handling bay, I just want to shoot around?

When available, we do allow open court shoot around for $10 per hour. Members FREE.

Can I have full court hire?

Absolutely! Our standard rate for full court hire is $120 an hour. If you are a club or association please get in touch with us as we may be able to negotiate a better permanent rate. We do have academies and private sessions running throughout the week so subject to availability.

Do you have an age limit within facility at all?

One of the great things about Ball360 is that anyone can do it. There are no age restrictions but in order to ensure your safety please keep to the below outlines:

Gym: 13 years or younger and are not getting a PT session or 1 on 1 you are required to have a parent or guardian with you at all times. No children under 8 allowed at any time.

Wet Recovery & Sauna: 16 years or older unless with a parent, guardian or coach as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Vertimax: We run 1 on 1 sessions for anyone interested in the Vertimax which is open to all age groups. To hire independently requires you to be 13 years or older or using it with a parent or guardian.

Dry Recovery: 13 years or older unless with a parent or guardian.

Does Ball360 sell food/drink?

We actually have a small Café called the Snack Shaq. Whether you want a healthy snack or something to refuel there is always something at The Snack Shaq Cafe.

Can I bring my own food?

Our Snack Shaq has everything you'll need and our dedicated seating areas will ensure our stations are always clean and ready for you.

Our school holiday program conditions differ.

Do you offer family discounts?

Yes!

Do you offer private coaching?

Yes definitely, enquire within to discuss the level of coaching you require.

Can I bring my own coach?

Individual coaches are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Absolutely.
